I am so thankful for New Leaf Physical and Massage Therapy. This truly is a special place. My therapists and staff have been so wonderful, helpful and sincerely compassionate. They are providing me with EXCELLENT care while I go through breast cancer treatments. From the start of my first treatment the level of care was unlike anything I’d ever experienced before and continue to receive that same care today. I have and will continue to recommend New Leaf Physical and Massage Therapy with confidence and enthusiasm!
You are more hands on and really care about each patient.
I have chronic tight shoulders which on occasion create tension headaches that have plagued me for years. Many women I have known have similar shoulder issues. Apparently, we tend to hold our stress there! After receiving regular massages from Chelsea, I rarely get these headaches and when I do, a little heat and stretching movements alleviate them entirely! No strong meds have since been needed. I strongly recommend her. She is an artist of healing!
I like to think that I am an “elephant” and that I never “forget” anything, however, we all know we drop the ball on occassion. I believe that your business gives the individual back his idenity. We are not just another face in the crowd. It’s the “one on one” attention to our personal needs and individual maladies, whatever they might be. I look forward to coming to your facility and knowing that I will be treated with respect and expertise. Thank you….
First and foremost: improved health and a renewed optimism in the future following a devastating diagnosis of melanoma. Your professional knowledge and expertise is surpassed only by the pleasant and flexible demeanor towards your clients.
The therapists at New Leaf are naturally warm and caring. Being warm and caring is not a professional demeanor they merely wear to work.
I have learned a lot from their classes, treatments, and practice sessions about lymphedema and how to best care for myself.
Personal attention…not just one of the “herd” :>)
I felt that Mary was a great listener. That was important to me since I have had PT several times in the last 20 years due to spinal and nerve problems. There was never a rush………….”the clock is ticking” feel during the visit.
You’re working in a very specific way with a highly specialized, health-related subject by making it understandable and introducing people to techniques to support their good health. I imagine a lot of people don’t know anything at all about their lymph systems; I only learned about mine in connection with my mastectomy, which necessitated removing two or three lymph nodes. I’m really glad to have been afforded an opportunity at New Leaf to learn what I need to know about an otherwise obscure area.
‘RESTART’ reset my sugar cravings, it gave me control over sugar. It has changed my thinking. I’m sleeping better and I’ve lost 12 pounds!
